Great Wildebeest Migration Fly-In Safari

Day 1: KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – GOLDCREST HOTEL

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. On arrival and after immigration and customs procedures, you will be warmly received by our Professional Driver Guide who will assist you with your luggage to the waiting vehicle. Thereafter depart from the Airport and drive to Arusha City ( 45minutes Drive) and check-in at Gold Crest Hotel for overnight. Room Plan: Half Board Basis

Day 2: ARUSHA AIRPORT – KOGATENDE SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Wake up early morning for breakfast. After early breakfast, we will start our 5 Days Great Wildebeest Migration Fly-In Safari by departing from our hotel at 06.00 am and drive to Arusha Airport for our flight with Auric Air to Kogatende Airstrip. On arrival in Kogatende, you will be warmly received by our Professional Driver Guide who will assist you with your luggage to the waiting Open Vehicle (Subject to availability) or Pop Up 4×4 Land Cruiser. Thereafter depart from Kogatende Airstrip and enjoy the game drive along the Mara River with picnic lunch. Today our game drive will be in Kogatende along the Mara River with main focus on the Great Migration spread out in the savannah plains of the Serengeti National Park hoping to see some crossings of the Great Migration to Maasai Mara. Later in the afternoon after our game drive, we will drive to Kenzan Mara Tented Camp for a nice dinner and a decent overnight. Accommodation Plan: Full Board Basis

Day 2: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast we will continue our 5 Days Great Wildebeest Migration Fly-In Safari by enjoying a full day game drive in Kogatende and Bologonja Area with much focus on the Great Migration. Enjoy picnic lunch under the Acacia Tree with a spectacular view of Great Migration and the Mountain ranges of the Maasai Mara. If we are lucky we might see the Crossing of the Great Migration passing through the Mara River to Maasai Mara an event one should never miss to see. Later in the afternoon, we will drive back to Kenzan Mara Tented Camp for a nice dinner and a decent overnight. Accommodation Plan: Full Board Basis

Day 3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will depart from Kenzan Mara Tented Camp and drive towards the Togoro plains for a game drive with packed lunch. Today as we drive towards Togoro Plains we will have the last glimpse of the Great Migration as we drive along. We expect on our day game drive to see Predators such as Lions and Cheetahs within the radius of the Great Migration. We will have our picnic lunch under the Acacia Tree. After our lunch, we will continue with our game drive in Togoro Plains which also we expect to see a Pride of Lions who are the common habitats in Togoro. Later in the afternoon, we will drive and check-in at Kenzan Tented Camp for a nice dinner and a decent overnight. Accommodation Plan: Full Board Basis

Day 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER

After breakfast, we will depart from Kenzan Tented Camp and drive to Ngorongoro Crater with packed lunch for the game drive. Picnic lunch in the Crater. Later in the afternoon at 16.00hrs we will ascend from the Crater and drive to Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: MARERA VALLEY LODGE – ARUSHA AIRPORT OR KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

After breakfast, depart from Marera Valley Lodge with packed lunch and drive to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight and this will be the end of our 5 Days Great Wildebeest Migration Fly-In Safari
